Governance

The Riva del Garda Fierecongressi governance system is based on a system of control and prevention shared amongst all the investee companies. This system is based on consolidated rules and practices and Supervisory Bodies.

Ethics and responsability 

We are convinced that ethics in our entrepreneurial activity is not only the foundation of our mission, but also represents a fundamental approach, both within the company to ensure proper functioning, and externally to increase the trust  of clients, suppliers. and of the entire reference context.

Transparency and fairness

The conduct of the directors and of all the collaborators of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi and of the investee companies are inspired by principles of loyalty, correctness and transparency, in all relations with third parties.

The governance principles are set out in the organization, management and control system pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 adopted by Riva del Garda Fierecongressi and by the investee companies.

This system is represented by the organization, management and control model, the Code of Ethics and a series of Protocols used in every aspect of operational management, in order to achieve responsible conduct aimed at generating value for the Company  and for the social context. -economic in which it operates. 

To ensure the correct implementation, effectiveness and functioning of this system, a special Supervisory Body has been appointed. The Board of Directors of the Company, on 21 April 2022, appointed dr. Moreno Bighelli as the only member of the Supervisory Body who will remain in office until the approval of the financial statements for the year 2024.Any reports to the Supervisory Body may be addressed to: m.bighelli@pec.it
