Governance

The Riva del Garda Fierecongressi governance system is based on a system of control and prevention shared amongst all the investee companies. This system is based on consolidated rules and practices and Supervisory Bodies.

Ethics and responsibility 

We are convinced that ethics in our entrepreneurial activities is not only the foundation of our mission, but also represents a fundamental approach, both internally to ensure proper functioning and externally to increase trust with clients, suppliers, and the entire reference context.

Transparency and fairness

The conduct of the directors and all collaborators of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi and its investee companies is guided by principles of loyalty, integrity, and transparency, in all relationships with third parties. The governance principles are set out in the organization, management, and control system pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 adopted by Riva del Garda Fierecongressi and its investee companies.
This system includes the organization, management, and control model, the Code of Ethics, and a set of Protocols applied to every aspect of operational management,  in order to achieve responsible conduct aimed at generating value for the Company   and for the socio-economic context in which it operates.
To ensure the correct implementation, effectiveness, and functioning of this system, a dedicated Supervisory Body has been appointed. On September 26, 2024, the Company's Board of Directors appointed lawyer Ilaria Torboli as the sole member of the Supervisory Body, who will serve in this role until the approval of the financial statements for the 2027 financial year.
