In every aspect of our business activities, we pay careful attention to the wellbeing of all those involved. All the premises managed by Riva del Garda Fierecongressi – the Exhibition Centre, the Congress Centre, Spiaggia Olivi – and our methods and execution of services, are adapted on the basis of the current guidelines, to guarantee the conduct of fairs, conferences  and  events   in complete tranquillity and safety for guests, exhibitors, visitors, and collaborators.


General news

From the 1° May 2022, the national rules for containing Covid 19 have ceased and the access to Fairs and Congresses is allowed without Green Pass control. However, the use of the mask, disinfection and proper spacing within the structures is strongly  recommended.

GENERAL SAFETY

Is it obligatory to wear face masks inside the exhibition stands? 

The use of PPE, and face masks in particular, is recommended in all areas of the Exhibition Centre and the Congress Centre.

Where can I sanitise my hands?

In all the premises and exhibition areas of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi you will find sanitising hand gel dispensers. 

What will happen if somebody displays symptoms during the fair (including set-up and breakdown)? 

Anybody who develops symptoms during the event may go, at any time and free of charge, to the medical centre in Hall B2. The organiser has devised a protocol which will be activated in the event of a presumed or confirmed Covid-19 diagnosis which will be explained to the interested party by the medical staff at the centre.

How is the general cleaning service managed at the Riva del Garda Exhibition Centre and Congress Centre? 

All our premises are cleaned and disinfected regularly, with special attention to the surfaces most frequently used and touched by event participants, (door handles, toilets, etc.).

At every stage of an event, a special cleaning team is present to ensure the frequent sanitation of all areas.

The Congress Centre is equipped with environmental sanitation technology which is active 24/7 and able to guarantee a constant level of microbiologically safe air. It is a healthy and sustainable technological solution, also used by NASA for the sanitation of environments intended for aerospace missions.


ACCESS

What are the requirements for accessing the Exhibition Centre and Congress Centre? 

Access to the Exhibition Centre and Congress Centre will only be granted to people demonstrating good health (with no relevant signs or symptoms of ill health such as a cold, fever, loss of taste, general discomfort, etc.) who are correctly wearing  the appropriate PPE.

From 1 May 2022, as required by the current legislation of the Ministry of Health, the Green Pass is no longer required to enter the fair.

Which triage procedures will be applied at the entrance to the Exhibition Centre?  

Our safe fair concept has been developed in close coordination with the authorities and is subject to continuous review and adaptation to the current regulatory legal framework and applicable requirements. The organiser will take into consideration all precautionary measures during the event that are deemed relevant by the competent health authorities in accordance with the Coronavirus protection ordinance.

Is the use of face masks obligatory inside the meeting rooms for speakers and moderators? 

The speakers’ table and podium for presentations can be reorganised in such a way as to ensure a distance that is sufficient to allow speakers and moderators to take part without the need for a mask. 


EXHIBITION AREA

What should be taken into account during the assembly and disassembly phases?

The general measures in force during the set-up and dismantling phases are the same as those in force during the days of the event:

  • wear PPE
  • hand sanitation
  • social distancing

Are there any special indications regarding the layout and structure of the stand?

There are no minimum limits regarding the size of the stand, but there is an obligation for an entrance and exit of at least 2 meters in width, in the event that it is not possible to guarantee the availability of a differentiated entrance and  exit. It is not allowed for the stand to have a top panel or cover.

Are plexiglass panels necessary at the stand’s information desk? 

The installation of plexiglass panels is recommended.

Must the products displayed on the stand be sanitised after each visit? 

Every single object and surface must be sanitised after having been touched by a person.

Can exhibitors set up brochure holders at their stands which visitors can use?

Legislation suggests that information material is managed via self-service with the installation, near the distribution point, of a sanitising liquid dispenser for hand sanitisation before each collection.


CATERING AND OTHER SERVICES

How are catering services managed? 

The administration of food and drinks during events is regulated in accordance with the specific rules issued for the purpose.

Are there specific regulations for access to catering outlets at the fair and for the distribution of food / drinks within the stands?

National legislation provides for free access to catering outlets and the possibility of distributing food and drinks inside the stands. Particular attention to hygiene is recommended

Will there be a cloakroom at the entrance of Exhibition Centre and Congress Centre?

Yes. The cloakroom is situated in the main entrance hall of the structures.

Is contactless payment accepted everywhere within the Exhibition Centre and the Congress Centre? 

Contactless payment is accepted at all the cash desks and catering areas within the Exhibition Centre and Congress Centre.
